Panasonic 2330 E5- 42

HI guys,
i have Panasonic DP 2330, i have this error code E5- 42 but i see service manual.
Total Counter Connection
1. Total Counter connector disconnected.
2. Total Counter defective.
3. SPC PCB connector disconnected.
4. SPC PCB defective.

I see this connector i clean,but error persist.

Ok i dont have my maki with me but I had the same problem a few years back it turned out to be the pc board what i did though is first go in with a total counter (from the same family of M/c) if that doesnt work then order the pc board but order a new counter dont put in the old one just in just in case thats what what killed your board also check the conection on the board and the total counter
