    DP-3530 E4-01 help!

Hello all, my first post...ever! I work for a copier wholesale company, so manuals are hard to come by, any help would be great. From what I've read here, E4's are fuser related. I checked the connectors, cleaned the thermistiors and now I need to reset the code. What is the procedure for resetting this?

You need to go into service mode and get to F9. Then from there go to Ram Initialize, then LBP Fuser Reset. The machine will automatically power down then start up. If code returns thermoster or themostat is N/G

If the LBP fuser reset doesn't work out for ya, you wanna check continuity on all the fuses on the fuser and thermostat. If there isn't a signal commin through on a few of the connectors make sure you swap out whatever thermistor / thermal fuses that aren't sending signal all the way through. Then perform the LBP fuser reset.
