I wrote last week about an error code on this machine. Turns out the finisher is smashed up. Could anyone provide me with a part # for an exit tray for this model. We are not going to try to repair the finisher so I just need a tray to allow them to use this copier. Thanks in advance.

alot of times the tray is in the storage cabinet. The part # is DAXP600. This is the part # for the kit that includes the tray and the exit roller, you have to change out the exit roller. -

well this may look funny but when ever i come across a sorter/finisher that cant be fixed right away i unscrew it from the rail and flip it around so as the machine will spit out the copies on the tray.....it looks so weird but now the customer should get the message to upgrade ,yet one of my customers went 2 years with this configeration LOL
