Got a 10-350 code which i believe is the fuser on this one. What is the reset and how do i get into the dp 7000 service mode. Information i have mentions a special tool and laptop, is this a true story. SERVICE AND PARTS MANUALS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. thanks t

Ugh I hate these machines. Its a Xerox with a Panasonic badge on it. The only way to reset the maintenance codes is with a laptop that you plug into the parallel port in the front of the machine. If you have access to the b2b site for Pana all the manuals are online there for this machine. -
