ripped the hopper apart all looked ok. tested motor in f4 mode 76 forward works, and 77 reverse works. checked gears and cleaned hopper any other ideas appreciated. thanks t

you can check all pcb connetion and clean all sockets by dry spray
and check the panel connection and solders and sure its good
the home positon sensor of toner bottel is good?
check all these and tell me
