Panasonic 354c
Have one of these that is brand new and throwning E385 and E386 codes. Transfer belt initializes fine and then gets coated with Black toner. After resetting code, it will clean off again and then get coated again when initializing. Have cleaned all sensors that manual states. Wanted to see if anyone other techs have seen this problem on this or the 262 machines. Panasonic tech support is no help and I just don't want to start ordering parts like they suggest. Thanks in advance.
