    Panasonic DP-3510 Running slow

    Hi,

Customer with a Panasonic DP-3510 complains that the machine is running slow. I measured only 20 cpm but it suppose to run at 35cpm. I don't have any experience with this particular model (repairing copiers for over 20 years). Any clues?

Toner reference voltage is set too high. get in service mode, select F5-21, normal setting for this model is about minus 33 (-33), tone it up for good copy, whatever F5-21 is set at go to a lesser value, in this case,
-33 to -43 would be lesser value. If this fails a developer change may be necessary, after running F8-09 and F8-14, then check F5-21 and make sure the value is -33.

          STEP WITH ME

The current was 90 volts and less

If duplex mode is not defaulted as Onetek stated, then let me ask this. When you ran your test, was it off the glass or using the adf? Were you using tray 1?

Sorry my fault it's not F5 but F6, F6-21. Use F6-21 in my previous suggestion. It must be a negative value.
