Spanner and tray empty sign on Dp1520/1580

help needed on Dp1520/1580 the machine shows Spanner sign and tray sign nothing is functioning.

1. is there any reset code for the spanner sign as there is no error s i guess it is PM sign.

2. i have been going through some threads and many talk about tray modification can some one help me with the documentation for that.

Any suggestion is welcome.

Sometimes these m/c's lock up on unrelated things, do a fuser reset in F9 and take it from there.
