C266 print problems

I have a new install of a C266 that is having problems with print jobs that get to the copier but don't print.They just say processing and you can't delete them without restarting the machine.The firmware is up to date and they are using postscript to print.
The customer also is having a problem scanning.The PDF that the scan job creates is corrupt.They have 2 other machines at other locations that don't appear to have these problems.

is the customer using the dept code on the copier?

is postscript not an option? It deffo is on older models

try the PCL driver instead

No Dept codes and they are using Mac's....so postscript is the only option.
