DP6020/30 (USA Ver) NO PAPER SETTINGS FOR A4,F,A3 etc

Hello Seniors!

It's something strange for me.
These are PANASONIC DP6020 & 6030 units (USA 110v) and at the panel it only displays Papersizes like "Letter, Legal,8 1/2 x 14 etc ".

I have installed 3 units in a school and the client wants to use "A4,F4, B4 & A3 " sized Paper .
I have used the every possible way to change the size of papers but nothing done and the question is:

Is there any DIP switches on the boards like RICOH (Oldies Aficio 401 etc)?

Is there any Firmware upgrade available for the purpose?

Is there any option in SP mode ?

Any help in the matter will be a blessing for me.

I am very new to PANASONIC but a little knowledge about RICOH/CANON.

f5 mode,then number 14,15,16,17,18.To get into f mode,press function+ original size ledger+ 3

in service mode check F5-00 is set to europe and not the usa

To enter service mode press function + Original Size & 3

If using with 110volts, dont use europe locale, it will switch to 220volts....Th.
