Hello,

I only have 4 in the field so i dont have much experince with them, im working on Sharp and i had analogic Panasonic model's.
2 of them who are at the same client and they are dumping developer like hell, the condition's in the office are ok. I tried to put a new developer and is dumping it again. One of the copier is about 50k and another is at 150k and the client need's only one to operate but in any combination this 2 copier's are dumping developer in waste toner recipient.
Please help me.

Are you using pana toner and pana dev? Are you doing f8-09 the proper way (without toner bottle inserted)?

Yes on bouth question's. And it started dumping developer before the maintenace time.

I usally do 120k on the dev (pana recomends replacement at 60k). Sometimes, I have to recalibrate them.
Check the atached procedure.
