    put in a new web roller and reset web counter to 241000.

      Thanks but i don't have the service manual. My maintenance support did that for me.

        WEB RESET

        press function and original size (hold them down) and press 3 to get into diagnostics.Then press 5 then 73,highlight 240 then press ok-DONE

          Thanks, but I think I have to change webfusor too, not only reset the counter

              this is a proof that helping out end-users in this TECH site is a waste of time, not only they don't appreciate your time+trouble but also they don't understand you AND they won't return you the favor when you need it.

                Are you a troll? I said thank you to Mad_Coachman for help, but without a service manual I can't change webfusor myself.

                  you will probably have to replace the hot roller also. they wear fast. PN hot roller DZLA000286 web roller FFPKM0344.
                  even our "newbie" tech changed both without some one holding his hand.

                    They changed OPC drum , developer, cleaning blade and web fuser.
