    Just posting this to see if there is known fix.. i am going out to look tomoro morning

    Customer has a fax job recieving, copier recieves partial and then recycles power(shuts itself off and back on) rinse.. repeat.

    cought in a logic loop is seems

    only info i have as of now is they had an e3-66 error earlier today before the problems

      Points towards the yellow First Transfer Roller. Never seen it before. Clean up sensors and transfer unit.
      Latest firmware? SC:10027 EC:10013 Make sure you load it TWICE on this model.

          problem solved with an all job clear.
          i had about 8 seconds from boot to enter service mode and select all job clear, took a few tries but got it.

          updated firmeware afterwards for good measure and ya i got that bulliten with the 2 times thing, thanks for the help!
