Where can I get a new drum unit for the DP-2010 machine?

Everybody seems to be backordered.

If you are looking for the whole process unit good luck. Might as well buy a used machine from a wholesaler if he hasn't given up and dumpstered it. The drum and blade are widely available from Katun, Precision Roller, etc.
