    Panasonic DP-3030

I have a couple of these that have garbled display info. Some mismatched, some just pixelated out. Is that just a screen issue, or a board that feeds it the info? Anyone see this before?

    Mismatched firmware

The machine has 3 boards that have operating firmware on them. each board will have its own version. If the version are not compatible with one another it is possible to get a garbled display. Basic copier function usually still works it is just difficult to use the lcd screen. The screen may look like it is a combination of several different operating screens. This mismatch occurs when a board is replaced. To resolve you have to have the means to update firmware (authorized dealer) or find a board with a different version of firmware and hope it works.

Wow thanks! I figured it was either the display itself or some type of info/memory issue. Thanks for the helpful info!
