    DPMC210 Printing blank pages after receiving faxes

    Hey everyone,

    I have a DPMC210 that prints a blank page with TOTAL P. 001/002/etc. in the top right-hand corner of the page after receiving faxes. It seems to be a page that tells the total number of pages that have been faxed. Each page is already numbered when it's received so I don't know what the point of this is but I believe it is a setting in the machine. Does anybody know what setting that is to turn this off.

    Thanks.

    It might be printing a report after every fax rec. Its in the user manual pg. 63
    Printing a confirmation report
    {#}{
    4}{0}{1}
    {
    0} Off: Confirmation reports will not be printed.

    {
    1} On: A confirmation report will be printed after every fax transmission.

    {
    2} Error(default): A confirmation report will be printed only when fax

    transmission fails.

    Setting the journal report to
    print automatically
    {#}{
    4}{0}{2}
    {
    0} Off: The unit will not print a journal report, but will keep a record of the
    last 30 fax transmissions and receptions.

    {
    1} On(default): The unit will print a journal report automatically after every

    30 new fax transmissions and receptions (page 46)
    I copyed it from the user manual.

      #401 is off and #402 is on and it prints out the journal every 30 faxes as it should so it's not those.

      Thanks for the advice.

        Sound like what is called "page numbering" and is usually in the user fax settings
        Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!

            Actually, I resolved this problem already (I think?). #432 auto reduction was turned off. I turned it back on and haven't heard anything from the customer about it happening again since then.

            Thanks.
