The firmware tool is still listed on the site. DOWNLOADS - MFP - FIRMWARE TOOLS. I found it no problem.

MAIN MENU in upper left hand corner. Select TECH LINK from the dropdown menu, then DOWNLOADS - MFP - FIRMWARE TOOLS.

That's not it (for that version of network FUP) but no worries-found a newer ver. that does NOT require a setup password.

Actually, I take that back. The ver. I need a PW for is the older version for writing firmware to older machines. I think I'll have to stick with using a LOCAL f.u.t. so don't bother replying anymore unless you actually know the PW for that particular version stated at start of thread.

The version I have is "20071001NwFirmup.zip". No password and works with all pana copiers . (today used on a dp 2310 and yesterday on a dp c264).

I think the lastest of firmware update tool is:
- Local firmware update tool, version 3.20
- Network firmware update tool, version 3.20
