What the heck? Panasonic password-protects the archives on the tech area of their site? Why is that?

only the new A4 only machine, we were suppose to do a net based training before the manual is make available. my friends and me wouldn't be caught dead doing that stupid simple machine after 20 odd years in copier service! all other technical manual are not password protected. although the ftp site is only accessable for authorized dealers.

Not password restricted, but not free either. But I'm always looking to trade.

thanks, that might be an american password or the wrong manual. it didn't work for me. I finally unpacked the password protected archive files with an utility that doesn't respect the original password provision. nice try Panasonic!
