DP-3010 Service Mode???

    DP-3010 Service Mode???

    I went out on a 3010 call. Tried to enter the service mode like the book says press
    "FUNCTION", "ORIGINAL SIZE (LEDGER/A3)" keys and "3 simultaneously." It didn't do anything. Tried it on other machines as well and tried all kinds of different key combinations. Was there something lost in the translation, or am I doing something wrong??? THANKS

      Are you pressing them in that order? You need to press and continue holding the keys in that order: FUNCTION, then ORIGINAL SIZE (LEDGER/A3), then 3. Then F1 should appear on the screen.

          Ahhh, thank you. I was doing as the book said and pressing them all at the same time "simultaneously." Much appreciated!
