one of our techs has a copier that jams almost always on the 3rd copy only when copying from glass..can make copies from adf all day long with no problems..does this no matter which tray it's pulling from..doesn't jam when printing to it either..when it jams the error history shows a j-43 (exit doesn't detect paper within predetermined time) and a j-45 (exit keeps detecting paper after a predetermined time during non-printing mode)..tested inputs on all sensors and all worked fine..no obvious feed or paper path problems..like i said only jams when copying from the glass..can copy 1 or 2 copies all day long..if ya go for 3 copies or more it jams as 3rd copy is exiting copier..our company is no longer a panasonic dealer so we have no access to tech-support or panasonic B2B.. any suggestions is appreciated..

I had a 4510 that would do similiar when duplexing, try to do 3 and jams (J31,J82). Turned out to be duplex drive clutch not installed properly. The slot on the clutch body was not installed in its holder. Something to look for. -
