If you mean the DP-MB350, then no. They have a fuse in them. Unless they can replace the fuse....
Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!

Looks like they are on national backorder... again. We've had to open new machines to get the supplies out until our order comes in.

It's a panafax type. So, you use service mode of fax machine to do it.

            Re: Dp-mb300 drum reset

by replacing drum cartridge indication goes off. otherwise
short two terminals of drum fuse pcb with jumper wire and
install drum cartridge.drum cartridge shows as new ,starts
count down for 20k copies/prints.remove jumper after 10
copies/prints.now Drum cartridge treated as new, reseted.

Amazing. on older models that used the same Fused link for drum replacement i know of at least one tech that tried shorting the blown fuse and it got the machine going but he left it shorted and after a few hundred pages it blew the main control board so the machine showed it needed a drum all the time, even with a new one and the machine would not come ready after that.

In Later Firmware, Panasonic incuded Service mode 650. this mode is also on the DP-MC210 it is called the Stom Drum Mode. if ste to non stop, the machine will keep running even though the drum may show replacement time

when in copy mode press: MENU #9000* 650 2 SET, stop twice to clear out(set content for 2 = non stop) If after entering 650 it does not show a 1 or 2 after it, then you probably have the older firmware and the only wat to get that is thru an authorized dealer.
