We recently moved this machine from one location to another. It worked fine before the move and the first day after the move. Then, we were asked to change the toner waste cartridge, which we did. Ever since, we get an E02-08 error. If I turn off the machine, fiddle with the toner waste cartridge and turn it back on, the error will go away for awhile. The machine makes some noises and then a couple minutes later the error comes back. Any suggestions? Thanks.

the error code points to the sheet bypass,
E2- 08 Sheet Bypass Initialization 1. Sensor connector disconnected.
2. Sensor defective.
3. SPC PCB connector disconnected.
4. SPC PCB defective.
5. LVPS defective -

Remove the right door and check the bypass tray. It could be as simple as something dropped into the tray....paper clip, label, bologna sandwhich....Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!Comment
