    DP-C262 Light Cyan

Hey guys i have a Panasonic Workio DP-C262 that has very light/blotchy cyan copies. All the other colors are perfect just the cyan. The drum count is 1174 and developer is 19415.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks
    Andy

Dev is going going going gone......(even though it says only 19415 on the counter). The last one that did that to me,I was able to cheat it back to good coverage by increasing f6-522 (tdc gain) 10 points....Make sure the drum count has not been reset, and the gears on the dev unit are like the attached pdf shows.....

Thanks for the info. I ended up swapping a toner density sensor from the Magenta DV unit and the cyan brightened right up. Its still slightly blotchy which is probably the developer from running under toned but it looks like it was the sensor that caused all my issues.

      Thanks again,
      Andy

We always just replaced the developer (powder) (DQZ480C, I believe), and recalibrate using f8-11, always had success.
