Panasonic DP1820 Copier

Copier makes a copy and then continues to run on and then an error of J 97 occurs.

This error is not in the book... has anyone had this error and how do I fix it.

I believe I've had this jam code as well. My memory's no so great, but I believe I had that J code at the same time as having the E03-10 code. The page would just stop in the path and show the J-94 code. Once the paper was removed the machine would give the E03-10 code. Once we installed the ground update to get rid of the E03-10 code we didn't have that jam code show up again.

Is this Every Page?
Have you checked the fuser exit sensor function?
Sounds like it is not seeing end of the page.

this problem is coming from exit sensor, and duplex sensors, so please checq ur sensors, i hope you will solve this problem.
