    [Error Code] Paper and Wrench ON Workio 1820 Panasonic

    My machine do nothing, copy paper and wrench sign on, different language display. Could anybody tell me what's going on. No Alphanumeric Error code displayed. Machine Down.

    Do you mean the add paper symbol light is on? If that's the case, I've had a couple of these copiers code and not tell me the code but rather just show "add paper" on the display. Only seen it maybe three times but it was usually an E04-01 code that would cause it.

      Thanks, But what do that code E04-01 meanmy friend? it's there any simulation and reset.

          Its fuser temperature related. you got to check/fix it before resetting.

            Run an LBP fuser reset from F9 mode, under RAM initialize, if the code returns check your themostats/lamps for continuity, but usually the fuser reset will fix it.

              Panasonic by default have the machine stop when they hit the maintenance interval. The wrench is leading me to this; I think 120k on this unit. F5-70 or 72 I think....

                hi dear, your problem is coming from the lift up motor tray, but befor this u go on programm, "Function" "3" "original size" press together and screen vill show F1, aftar that u go F8 and go 06 then press "START" screen will show current code, aftar that F9-06 and flash memory clear aftar that u chacq if problem come again then F9-06 and LBP fuser reset, your problem will b finish,,,,,Best of luck
