[Error Code] DP-8020 'print control error'

Hi,
Getting a DP-8020 Panasonic coming up with 'print control error' from time to time.
It is random and comes up when printing different documents.
Customer produces a booklet of A4 originals onto A3 pages.

Can vary from 10 to 60 pages.
Cannot find info on this error in any manual or searching online.

Any input would be great
