    Panasonic Fp-7718 Maint. Counter Reset?

    FRIENDS,

I NEED YOUR HELP. I'M NOT A TECH. I OWN A PANASONIC FP-7718 BUT THE COMPANY THAT SOLD IT TO ME 10 YEARS AGO WILL NOT SERVICE IT ANYMORE. (TO OLD?) IT WAS WORKING FINE UNTIL THE MAINTENACE LIGHT (WRENCH) CAME ON. CAN SOMEONE WALK ME STEP BY STEP THROUGH RESETTING THE COUNTER? I DO HAVE SOME TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE.

    THANK YOU

if the machine your working with is in english

      use

User preset + Original size (Ledger) and the #3 keys to get to F-codes

machine will show F1 press 5 key to get too F5 press start

enter 70 press start. Press start again the = sign will flash enter 0 press start again. do same for 71 then 72

then press clear or stop till you get back to F5

turn machine off a few seconds then back on.

I can't remember but if machine comes back up with F1 on display. Press user preset and the clear key at same time to exit F codes and return to normal operation.
