[Misc] Panasonic DPC 354 User Codes

been working on these things for years but just recently got promoted "because the other guy got canned" so i never actually did any of the initial setup as far as user codes

i have a customer with user codes already enabled and he wants to add another one, can anyone post up a walkthrough?

    thanks!

The function is turned on and off in F5 service mode. From your post it is already on so go into the user menus. FUNCTION, GENERAL SETTINGS, KEY OP MODE, then #14 DEPT COUNTER MODE. You can add/delete from here.
Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!

You probably have to input the user id into the print driver for it to authorise.

Just had a quick look at the 263 driver we have and it seems to be in printing preferences and job type tab and then dept id at the bottom.... Not positive though. Goob luck.
