hello well l have copier PANASONIC DP-8016P ..this copier not function and he affiched ( Tray No.1 ) ADD PAPER ....l cleaner all her component ( silonyde ...gear ...) well can anyone help me ??

In F4 service mode, number 004 is to check the sensors. #2 is the upper limit sensor and #0 is the NP (no paper) sensor for tray 1. Run the test command and move the actuators by hand and see if it changes form 1 to 0 (hi/low).

So you have E04-01 and that tells you that there is some trouble in your fuser. (fuser does not reach operating temp in a certain amount of time) . That points to a defective thermistor, (or some paper stuck under it),defective heat lamp or heat lamp circuit, or some other weird gremlin...But on our machines, it was mostly thermistor related. After you fix this trouble, you've got to clear the error in f9 mode.
