Hi, my client purchased DPC264 for full colour printing but it starts and key pad works execept the display, nothing is shown although its background tone works.
I opened the pc and found no hard disk installed, can this be the reason for not display or it have a password?. Where and at what cost can I get the hdd with full firmware?

The HDD does not store the firmware on this model. Turn off the back switch. Hold down energy save and function keys and power back on. Hold until you see a small chech box in the upper left corner. Touch that box, it will move, touch it two more times. This is how to calibrate the touch screen. You can also take off the panel collar and make sure all the plugs are still connected.
