    [Error Code] E04-14 code DP-C213

    I'm getting E04-14 code every now and then just pops up. Already replaced the fan and EC board. Please Help.

          There is a bulletin for this. Replace the toner bottle fan also. It is the same part number as the IH driver fan. This fan sits behind the SC pwb.


          Field Countermeasure
          We recommend replacing both Fans at the same time if one of
          these two Error Codes appears.
          For Spare Parts, the interim Fan version was released from
          Jan. 2007 production (Serial No. AG), and the final Fan
          version was released from April 2007 production (Serial No.
          CG).
          The Fan Part No. remains the same (L6FALEGK0012).
          The final Fan version shows “Model 3110RL-05W-S86” on
          the Fan’s label.
