I need to learn how to set up all types of scanning on Panasonic copiers. I have set up scan to folder and email on Ricohs about a year ago. But that is now foggy. It seemed easy at the time. I had a step by step procedure printed. Was wondering if anyone had procedures for scanning with Panasonics? Any help would be great. I'm at a loss.

Download the Communication Utility and install it on the customers PC. It will configure itself and even create an address in the address book. It is defaulted to desktop but you can specify which folder to send scans to.
