    Root and 0000000 doesn't work. Is it different from the one for web access?

      user name: root,
      password: 7 zeros, or 8 zeros

          No, I mean ftp access. I get an "access denied".

              If you are trying to scan to an FTP server, you would need the password of the FTP server. Consult your local network administrator.
