How does Panasonic compare?

Looking to ask some Panasonic dealers out there what they think about them. Considering adding them to our current line but not sure how the quality, reliability, manufacturer support to dealers, and profitability is. Also do they have high sales quotas?

Panasonic dumped the bigger machines; I think they only do A4 and fax now. As for the machines, the monochrome can be troublesome. Personally, I like the DP-C color series. Not the best overall color, but pretty reliable.
