[Misc] C213 sd card reader

Is there a code to activate the sd card reader. I have one that asks to insert card when there is alreasy one there?

The customer is taking the sd card form their camera and inserting it.

I would think the problem is the card. I just used a 512MB SD card and printed to my DPC354 and it worked fine. Are they using a genuine SD Memory Card up to 1GB. On page 40 of the Basic op manual it says up to 1GB. Maybe download picture to another card and try. Once you insert card in the machine, it takes just a few seconds for the screen to change. Sounds like it is not seeing the card. You should only have to select Print key, Select SD Print, insert SD Card.
