    DP-C354 - Error Code E5-10

    Have a Panasonic DP-C354 with error code E5-10 when running multiple envelopes. Was wondering if there was a newer firmware than the one we have installed:

    SC: AAV60041PU
    PNL: V10001
    EC: V10013
    SCN: V10007
    Data Sec Kit: V10000

    Any other solutions would be greatful as well!

      Where are you located? I never heard of 60041 f/w. I am from N.America. I know they have couple version for different countries.

          The US. I believe the reason for the 60041 f/w is the security kit we have installed. I don't believe there is an updated firmware for it though.

              Did you get this resolved? If so what did you find? I attached a document that someone gave me on this site. Its firmware history. Let us know what you status on this machine is.
