add toner and paper output copy side problem

good day to all, i am tech of canon..im new of panasonic machines.
    i encountered 2 problems of panasonic dp-8060:

1.) the screen indicated add toner always. when you copy 5 pieces it stop momentary finishing 4 pages only. i checked the toner bottle its not empty its half.
i can't figure out which part is not functioning...

2.) when you copy in the feeder or in the glass...the output first page is good but the succeeding copy in the side is cut not complete.
i'll tried the side-tray to test if the problem is in the cassette, but still the same output coming.

    already clean the rollers..
your concern and help so appreciated....

    thanks

First things first. How many copies are on the copier? Meter inside the front door. Next run an F7-00 ( List Print) to see the counts on drum, developer, fuser rollers, feed rollers, and so on. Then run an F9-03 (00) F5/F6 Parameters & (01) Machine information. Attach a copy of the F7 & F9 print outs and a copy of the issue you mentioned in #2 so we can see what is going on.

I agree with copiman, more info would be helpful, but I would check F6-21, it should be manually set to -55, if you replace developer and run the initialize, the next thing you should always do is change your F6-21 back to -55 (80 series only) . Most of these machines will set up to an overtoned condition unless you dial back the setting.

Also if that setting has not been addressed properly, then it will cause your waste toner bottle to fill prematurely. Which to me sounds more like the problem you are describing. If the waste Toner is full, it seems more likely the cause of your copier stopping after only 4 copies.

          Hope this helps, Good Luck
