    Drum reset on Panasonic DP-MB350???

    Does any one know of a way to reset the drum counter on a Panasonic DP-MB350?

      Maybe a little late, but as far as I'm aware of the only way to reset the drum counter on these is to replace the drum.

        User Name is correct: there is no drum reset on this model.

          I don't know if they are available for this model but there are companies who sell the chips to "rechip" a drum unit and make the machine think it has a new drum. Just a thought.

            You are right. As far as i can see know one making the little drum life chip on drum carriage.

              The Drum Life board has a 0.2 amp SMD fuse (F-79) that blows upon install. I have been happy (up intil now) to simply replace the drum unit & give Panasonic their money, but since they are backordered again for the 3rd time (and I have several pissed off customers with machines that wont print) I have ordered a pack of fuses & will see what happens.

              I'll let you know...

                  Have you attempted to do this? If so, how? I took one apart and cannot find a fuse. Do you know where it is?
