Anybody know how to set this up to scan to e mail and desktop--- never worked with panasonic before--- any instructions would be greatly appreciated

Download the Communications utility from Panasonics website.

Install it each desktop you want to scan to, it will auto populate the copier with each desktop.

You can rename the keys on the copier from each desktop after installing the software by right clicking it when it's running
on the bottom right of the computer screen
