So, I have a customer that we set up internet faxing (scan to email) on and for some reason it sends in PDF, but it sends each page as its own PDF instead of one PDF. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to change this. Does anyone know?

Try Fax Par#183 color attachment select multi instead of single; Also, in scanner setting change file type for color/gray from jpeg to pdf.
That should fix your problem. These setting are applied for scan to email ( scan with color).
Fax to email (B/W)would automatically send as one file.
