    DP-3530 Jaming J17

    Hi every one:
    I have the Panasonic DP-3530 machine , when copying the paper stop before entering to ADU and show J17 jaming error?
    I try to replace the photo sensor 1,but same problem ?

    how can resolve this problem.

      Make sure the guide the J17 sensor sits in is installed properly. It has feet on the back and can not seat fully on the front side, causing jams. The other thing to check would be for an obstruction in the registration entrance baffle. To the rear of the 2 white pinch rolls, paper tends to get caught in that space.

          check for paper caught in transport/duplex unit connector.
