Is there a way to reset the drum unit on the MB350? I have one calling for a drum, but the prints/copies are great. This is the first time I have seen this on one of these machines.

Nope. These are stupid like that. The only way to reset them, as far as I know, is to replace the drum or to replace the fuses on the drum unit that trigger when you first install it.
Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you. O.o
