Looking for some advice. Noticed after doing 2-2 copies machine jammed. Clear jam and machine will show no jams but will not come to ready. Have to shut off and on with side switch. Machine will be fine until next jam.. Any ideas would be great! Thanks for reading!

It would help if you give us the jam code. For starters, it could be the gate solenoid or the fuser exit sensor .Comment

Does it register a jam in the F8 error log? If you have to reboot to clear the error, you may have an interlock problem.
