DP4510 error code E1-21/E1-31

Hi all,
Need help and guiden to solve this two error code.
Change SC , SPC , LSU unit , Power Board , check exposure cable ,almost change every board , but the error code still coming back to huant me.
My idea is come to the wit end,is there any suggest?

Have you tried a DRV PCB. This can cause E1_31 codes. Whats wierd is you getting E1-31 (scanner lamp not coming on) and E1-21 ( laser unit horizontal synchroniztion 2 ). The DRV can effect the lamp as well as the lazer. Give it a shot. Maybe a new lamp. Bad electrical parts (lamp) may be causing it to freak out. Seen too many things that did not follow theory cause wierd things. Let us know what you find. Good luck.

Try the little inverter PCB inside the scan arm.

Yes this is wierd thing and i think is also human error.
I will bring back the machine to workshop and try to rectify the problem

Just out of curiosity, have you checked the wall outlet? Lately when I run into a machine that has lost its mind for no good reason, I frequently find that the power, especially neutral to ground, is questionable.

Yes and the machine is in our workshop,the error code still appear.I think almost all the pcb board i already change.I will try again today.

What i found out so far:
1) Original Sc board is E1-21
2) strip from other machine Sc board to fix cause E1-31
3) Change DRV , SPC board so far is was ok (Cause check F1 to F4 ok)
4) When on machine scaning will on then off two time,then follow by the error code E1-31
5) Check the two Sc board ,both F4 burn out.I can find the fuse F2, F3, F4 but i can't find F1 location
May i know where is the location of F1? Or the F1 is not exist?
6)Although show the error code ,machine still can warm up.

Will continue to check

I find out sc borad F1 is locate at the PRcon where the parallel port is.

What does the white reference strip look like? They can yellow with age.

After replace the F4 fuse and i find out the LSU unit was wrongly fix with Dp3510.Replace with DP4510 LSU unit machine was running find.
But the print out was half part blank and laser print was find and will continue to check CCD unit.

Problem solved.Again cause by the dp3510 ccd,replace with dp4510 ccd,print out was perfect.There is different spare part between for dp3510 and dp4510
