    DP 1520

Customer called and said the display said "change developer", then went away later. Never heard of this. The PM cycle is off in F5. Anyone know what would cause this and how it works?

There is no "Change Developer" that I know of.
Just a thought, if the developer assembly is disconnected they would get a U16 - No Developer Unit.
Maybe the connection to the Dev Assy is loose, dirty, etc. and they interpreted that as change developer.

You may be right. I might have misunderstood the customer. I did however change the developer. It had 100K on the developer. All seems well at this time. Thanks for responding.
