[Misc] Panasonic UF8000 Fuser?

I need to replace a gear in a Panasonic UF8000 Fuser area. Can't figure out a easy way to get to it...I have the service and parts manual...anyone have a how to or a trick to get to it? Printer Toner Cartridges - Copier Toner Cartridges - Printer Parts & Copier Parts sells the fuser unit and will do it if need be or they sell any roller/gear needed which I prefer. I can't even get to the darn gear in the machine though.

If memory serves me correctly.. That would be because there is no easy way to get it out of there.. lol
Sucks I know.. But ya gonna have to strip it down to get to it.. Covers, Doc Feeder, etc.. (just be careful of the ribbon cables and such when disassembling)
