Panasonic DP3510 E04-02

Customer has a Panasonic DP3510 copier machine with error code E04-02. I removed the paper jam from heater unit and it still has the error code.Do I need to get into service mode to reset the machine.?and if i do how do I enter service Mode (step by step) ??

Yep, you need to go into the service mode to reset this code. To enter the service mode press and hold the FUNCTION, ORIGINAL SIZE (LEDGER/A3), and 3 keys and F1 should appear on the screen. Go to F9 by pressing 9 on the keypad, press the down arrow key once on the touch screen, press 06 RAM Initialize on the screen, and choose 04 LBP Fuser Reset. This will clear the code.
