    DP 2330

Thought I would throw this out there. Maybe someone has an answer. Went to a customer today that has a Mac OS X10.8.3. They have windows 7 loaded on it as well. In Windows 7, I loaded the GDI driver and it prints to the 2330 just fine. Loaded the communications utility and it loaded fine. Even checked the windows firewall and it is set to allow the utility. Well here is where it get wierd. At the 2330, it does not show the key for scanning to the computer. Keep in mind all other computers there (Windows based only) scan just fine. I would assume the issue is because its a Mac. Have not had any dealings with Mac. Anyone came across this issue before?

Is win7 running in a virtual machine or installed locally? If in a vm, panasonic commmunication utiliy will be blocked on mac side.

Not sure if its local or a virtual machine. Is there a way to tell? I not sure how to find out.

If you start win7 after mac osx is started, then its in a virtual machine. If at boot time you can choose between osx and win7, then its local install.
