Open Communication utility and enter the key name you want to appear on the copier for scanning. You should now be able to scan. Have not really used Document manager, but I don't think you really need to do anything there. Load print driver and you should be printing as well. The Panasonic website you went to has op manuals for this stuff as well.

      Thanks
Scanner option is not installed in the Machine, when I press Scan Button on Machine, it says "Option Not Installed"
but Printer is installed as told by the guy who installed machine in my Wing.

The manual on the website don't have configuration guide, just information and screenshots

I have tried this, put the name but communication utility is unable to register the machine. Moreover, may I need to configure a Port for printer, I mean how can I detect the printer device to driver ???

Well, if scanning option is not installed, you will not be able to scan. So, the communication utility and document manager is not needed. You can unistall them because you do not need them. As far as printing. Download the GDI print driver for your machine. There is an installation guide there as well showing how to install it. If you are not versed on how to install the driver, and the instruction book does not help, I would suggest you find someone who is local to assist you. Good luck.

          Thank you
Previously I have downloaded PCL driver not GDI, so I will now downloading GDI driver and will install, let me share results.

Yes, local vendor is here, but I am unable to catch him, either he is too busy or "look busy do nothing", so I tried myself, so that a good penalty should be fixed on him ...

If u already installed driver in ur laptop and this is not working then go to printers and faxes, and go to properties of printer 3530 and then go to configure and select LPR and write lpr1 and check i hope it will work.
