DP C323 E-03-26 Recurring Error

This code appears every morning for the last three days. My guide tells me it is a drum motor error. I don't know which one. To reset it I remove each drum unit and reseat them. Turn machine on and off, and it resets for the rest of the day. I don't see anything wrong with the drum units. This machine has only 16000 prints on it. Is there something that will tell me what exactly what the error is? Or is this code leading me down the wrong path?

There are 2 OPC drum motors. One is for black and the other for Y/M/C. E3-26 is for the Y/M/C motor. Being you have a low count on this machine, I would look at a color drum putting drag on the motor. Another option is to check the motor. Try swapping the black and color motors. If you get an E3-27 code after swapping the motors, then you know its the motor. And of course the board(s) could be bad, but I would not chase this just yet.
